A Republican who unsuccessfully challenged Rep. Maxine Waters, D-La, for her seat in November 2020 is trying to get nearly $100,000 with the veteran politician and her committee for attorneys’ costs and expenditures relevant to his libel and slander lawsuit towards her that was reinstated on charm. Plaintiff Joe E. Collins III alleged the eighty
